Description

The scope of this project consists of the repairs to the Indoor pool area. Existing skylights will be removed and new ceiling finishes applied. The roof will be insulated with new batt insulation. Existing lighting and fans will be replaced. The concrete deck will be sealed and walls repaired/replaced as needed. The existing mechanical equipment serving this portion of the building will be replaced with new equipment including new dehumidification units, gas furnaces and condensing units. New fabric ductwork will be installed in the pool area.
