Description

The Project includes the tear off of the existing built-up roof including edge flashing and insulation to deck at Wellborn High School and replacement with a single-ply TPO membrane with new insulation, edge metal, metal coping, and flashing. The project scope includes the high school, middle school, band, and gym buildings. Associated mechanical and electrical work will be required. The General Contractor shall provide a fully qualified superintendent that is a full-time employee of the General Contractor on site at ALL times when work on site is occurring.
