Description

Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). 1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Description: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to construct a 2,332 square foot addition to the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Housing Authority Administrative Warehouse. The Addition is single story wood framed building addition extending out from, the east end of the existing maintenance and storage building. The east entrance is for employees using the lockers and shower room spaces, and for emergency egress. There are two shower rooms, each with its own shower, toilet, sink. These spaces are accessed from the locker / laundry room. The locker / laundry room contains lockers and a storage room for supplies. The training room space is accessed from the southwest door. This space is one large open room with the north and the east wall available for displays and instruction. Direct access from the training room is provided to the warehouse break area, building exterior and dedicated restrooms and janitors closet and other work indicated in the contract documents. Last day for questions is Tuesday August 9th 2022.
