Install Concrete Sidewalk

Excavate sub grade to proper depth to facilitate new concrete sidewalk 6 inches thick by 6 foot wide. New sidewalk shall connect Housing Unit #6-A and terminate at the Dining Hall B side exit. Sidewalk shall be up to 325 linear feet. Sidewalk shall have a broom finish with horizontal control joints every 6 foot. Sidewalk shall be a 4000psi strength mix. Sidewalk shall have a finish grade with 1 inch of existing grade to allow for existing area drainage. All disturbed areas shall be seeded and straw mulched. All excavated spoil dirt shall be disposed off site. Vendor has permission to drive equipment, dump trucks, and cement trucks down existing path. Grounds maintenance shall assist with helping utility locators gain access to the site for proper utility markings.
