Description

Replace the entire roofing finish down to existing roof deck. The low slope roof sections are to be redesigned with a new 0.80 TPO roof, using tapered insulation for proposed 1/4" per foot slope as required. Insulation boards are utilized to attain a R-30 insulation. Steep sloped roof section is to be reroofed with procelain rood tiles over pre-assembled battens and stainless steel hangers. The roof replacement includes all flashing and accessories, metalwork, drains, coping, etc, the low slope roofing will be covered by a minimum 30 year "total system, no dollar limit" warranty. The steep slope portion will be covered by the standard 25 year warranty. Curbs and flashing will be coordinated as needed with existing conditions.
