Description | Project: PARK PUMP STATION EMERGENCY GENERATOR REPLACEMENT, Project No. SD-S-21-1: The Project generally comprises the installation of a new natural gas, sound attenuated generator and the demolition of an existing interior generator and appurtenances, including but not limited to the demolition of an existing interior generator, roof mounted radiator system, exhaust system, day tank, 8000-gallon fuel tank, concrete pad and fuel lines. The Work will be performed under two Contracts as follows: Contract One - Electrical Construction (Awarded - do not submit bid) Contract Two - General Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent (10%) of the Bid total. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. A summary of such laws and regulations is given in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
