Description	The County will engage a professional design firm to prepare contract documents for the demolition and reconfiguration of space (33,000± sf) on the 8th and 3rd Floors of City Place to relocate various departments from adjacent leased space. Conceptual furniture plans will have been completed and will be provided to the selected Consultant. The project schedule is very aggressive. No more than five (5) months will be allowed for design and the preparation of contract documents, including all design reviews
