Carpet Removal, Purchase, and Installation Services

-Remove and dispose of existing carpet and patch and prep concrete floor as necessary. -Purchase and install Milliken Comfort Plus 36” x 36” modular carpet in our Revenue Administration Division – Administration Office Area, Room 210 in the Revenue Administration Center Building, 110 Carroll Street, Annapolis, Maryland. -Install selected modular carpet tiles following all of Milliken Carpet installation instructions. -Raise the furniture off the floor to remove and install carpet underneath it. -Work with utilities crew, as necessary, to ensure that carpet is cut to incorporate electrical devices located on the floor (tombstones, floor panels, etc.). -Remove old and install new vinyl base and reducer strip as needed. Metal base is not to be removed. -Remove old and install new vinyl carpet transition molding as needed.
