Services are to be provided at the following Covington, KY locations: Latonia Terrace - 2940 Madison Avenue Purchasing Warehouse - 2910 Madison Avenue City Heights - 2500 Todd Street Golden Tower - 50 East 11th Street Emery Drive - 1016 Emery Drive Central Office located at 2300 Madison Avenue Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, urinals, countertops, sweep and mop floors, clean mirrors, wipe stalls, restock paper towels and soap, empty trash and replace liners. Kitchens: Clean sinks, microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, counters and cabinet fronts tables and chairs, restock paper towels, sweep and mop floors, empty trash and replace liners. Offices/Conference Rooms: Dust desks, computers, behind computers, tables, shelves, and work surfaces: wipe down cabinets, phones and office machines; vacuum all carpeted areas; sweep and mop all non-carpeted areas; clean all counter-tops, tables and chairs, dust window sills, tracks and blinds; clean entrance glass inside and out, clean reception areas; clean all drinking fountains; empty trash and replace liners; wipe down handrails; sweep stairs and landings; clean elevator areas inside and out; sweep mechanical rooms. Community Rooms: Wipe down counters, tables, chairs and trash cans; Clean kitchen areas (as noted above); empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floors.
