Mowing of St. Cloud Class 1 Landfill

It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one contractor to provide mowing and trimming services for the 32-acre Municipal Solid Waste Facility that has sensitive Groundwater Monitoring and Landfill Gas Well Instruments on the property. Mowing shall be scheduled and performed up to eight (8) times per year during the months of March, April, May, June, July, August, October, and December or January. Grass/weed trimming shall be performed around all structures (wells, manholes, and vent flares) from the center of the surrounding road inward to the top center of the hill to include fully mowing the Landfill hill. Under the solicitation process, the stipulations set forth herein are fully binding on the bidder to the extent that you confirm acceptance by your signature on the Respondent's Certification page.
