Solicitation 140P1222R0001, National Park Service, Lakewood MABO, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) 1. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small business entities. All offerors must be registered at sam.gov as a small business to be eligible for award 2. Bonding Requirement: Performance and Payment Bonds will be required at the task order level in accordance with FAR 28.102-1. 3. NAICS Code: 236220, small business size standard is $39.5M. 4. This is NOT a sealed bid solicitation. 5. The contract ordering period will begin at contract award and be valid for 5 years from the date of award. 6. The ceiling for all IDIQ contracts awarded under this solicitation, combined, is $40 million. This $40 million ceiling is the aggregate total of all task orders placed over the five year ordering period. The guaranteed minimum is $2,000.00.
