Goshen Town Spring Improvements Project 2021

Work includes constructing a new cutoff wall in the spring tunnel, a new spring overflow line, a new high overflow line by coring through bedrock near the tunnel entrance, a new concrete metering vault, new spring supply line inlet piping, and an air gap structure at the tank site with interconnect piping and drain line. The project will be performed in two phases. The first phase will include the tank site improvements. The second phase will include the spring site improvements and will commence on or after October 1, 2021 once irrigation demand has decreased.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Dam Construction and Equipment.
