Description	The project will consist of renovating a portion of first floor Dakota Hall, for USD’s Counseling Center to relocate from the Cook House. This space is currently home to the Dental Hygiene program, which will be relocating to the Health Sciences Building in the Summer of 2022. The renovation will include, but is not limited to, demolition, framing, casework, finishes, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades.
