A public bid opening will take place immediately at 1011 1st Avenue North following the deadline at 2:00 p.m. This project is funded by the federal Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG). This project is NOT exempt from requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act. All other applicable requirements of the CDBG program apply.
