Description | As of July 7, 2023, project was awarded toPage Building Construction , awarded amount is $1,061,970.00. JFK Elementary School, Canton - Field Complex Bathroom Facility. The work includes but is not limited to site work and utilities, concrete foundations, concrete masonry unit exterior and interior walls, structural steel framing, wood framing and sheathing, dampproofing, weather barriers and sealants, thermal insulation, shingle roofing, metal and wood doors, overhead coiling door, fiberglass windows, solar tubs, gypsum drywall board finishes, exterior and interior painting, toilet and bath accessories, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, HVAC heating and exhaust, electrical, lighting, and fire alarm system. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate General Bidders must be DCAMM certified in the category of General Building Construction to be considered an eligible bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated cost of the work is $ 975,890. All questions and requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing by the Filed Sub-Bidders by 3:00 P.M., Friday, April 31, 2023 A. In general, the Contractor shall supply all material, labor, equipment, insurance, temporary protection, tools and appliances necessary for the proper completion of the Work as described in the Plans and Specifications, in accordance with good construction practice, and as required by the materials manufacturers. B. Supply all shoring and protection necessary to protect the occupants, building area, building systems, and landscape areas. All means and methods are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is solely responsible for safety on the job site. C. All work related to the construction for a new complete and functional Bathroom Facility includes but is not limited to: 1. Sitework, erosion control, site preparation, earthwork excavation and backfill, paving, and water, sewer, sanitary, storm and electrical utilities. 2. Reinforced concrete footings, foundations, piers and floor slabs. 3. Exterior insulated concrete masonry units and interior concrete masonry units bearing walls. 4. Structural Steel columns, lintels and connections. 5. Wood framed walls, ceilings and roof structures. 6. Dampproofing, Vapor Barriers, Weather Barriers, and Sealants. 7. Thermal Insulation 8. Fiberglass asphalt shingle roof covering and sheet metal flashings. 9. Hollow metal doors and frames, wood door and hardware. 10. Overhead coiling door and integral service counter. 11. Fiberglass Windows 12. Solar Tubes 13. Gypsum board finishes. 14. Exterior and Interior Painting and Coatings 15. Toilet and Bath Accessories 16. Plumbing and fixtures. 17. HVAC Heating and Exhaust Equipment 18. Electrical, Lighting and Fire Alarm System Completion- 180 Calendar Days |
