| Description | This proposal is to set forth the specifications and requirements for software, hardware, support, and maintenance for the proposed system. The State will select one Offeror to supply all components for the proposed replacement system with a multi-year award with the potential for multiple contracts for the total length of implementation and maintenance which shall not exceed 8 years. The scope of the procurement includes the implementation and maintenance for all software, hardware, communications, connectivity, and support services required for the installation and operation of the Gaming Central Monitoring System that is robust enough to securely communicate with a maximum of 15,000 gaming machines. This will include, but not be limited to additional software programs, data files, enhancements, modifications, systems or control software, and utilities as well as additional hardware upgrades, hardware and/or software training, maintenance, support, documentation, and any other related services. |
