| Description | The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Water Plant No 1 SCADA Addition and Generator Modifications and new PLC controls and Antennae towers at remote Well Site No. 3 and remote Well Site No.4. Water Plant No. 1 Water Plant No. 1 work includes: 1. Modifications to existing PLC control panel to accommodate a new SCADA system. 2. A new SCADA workstation located in the electrical control room. 3. A new antenna tower at the water plant. 4. New automatic transfer switch and modifications to the autosensory panel power feed to enable autosensory to be powered by either generator in the event of a power failure. Remote Water Well No. 3 Work includes new PLC control panels and antenna tower at well site. Remote Water Well No. 4 Work includes new PLC control panels and antenna tower at well site. |
