Description

The project is proposing the installation of a series of drainage swales to provide safe overland flow routes for land to the west as shown in Exhibit 1. As shown in Exhibits 3-13, the dimension of the proposed swales will be two (2) feet wide at the bottom with 4:1 side slopes and three-quarters (0.75) of foot depth and will be installed between homes centered along the property line as shown in Exhibit 2. The layout to ensure the swale is installed per the Exhibits will be the responsibility of the contractor. All locations are to be restored with four (4) inches of topsoil and seed and erosion control mat to hold seeding in place.
