| Description | SWACO plans to enter into a contract with one (1) or more qualified Proposers that have the ability to perform some, or all of the services outlined in the Scope of Services. Successful Proposers are selected based on submitted experience and qualifications of performing said services. For the duration of the contract, Successful Proposer(s) will be invited to submit quotes on various sized projects as the demands arise at SWACOs facilities and are awarded based on the submitted quotes and timelines of completion.
