Description

The work involves minor widening of Elm Street, new drainage system and new sidewalk construction. The work includes unclassified excavation, full depth pavement reconstruction, new drainage system, hot mix asphalt sidewalks, cement concrete wheelchair ramps, granite curb, pavement markings, signs and other incidental work. An add alternate is included for intersection improvements at Elm Street and Pleasant Street. The work for this add alternate includes reconstruction of the traffic signal system, roadway box widening, pavement mill and overlay, new sidewalk and construction of a retaining wall.
