Description

This project is a complete renovation of the Main Gate House at the Passyunk Plant located at 3000 Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia PA 19145. The renovation work will include structural work refinishing existing walls, closing current door access, and adding a bathroom; replacing windows with ballistic glass; renovating electrical, plumbing and HVAC utilities; and, minor changes to the outer gate structure.
