Hilltop Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project

Clearing of existing features and vegetation; rock excavation; installation of new sanitary sewer system with mains, manholes and laterals; installation of storm system including new bio-retention basins; regrading and widening of existing roadways; installation of new pavement base and surface course and final restoration of the site with topsoil, seed, mulch and trees and shrubs. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Hilltop Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project. The Project has an expected duration of three-hundred sixty (360) calendar days Domestic Preference This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
