President's Island School House Relocation & Restoration

The Project consists of the selective demolition, construction, and alterations of existing building elements and utilities, as well as, site utilities, paving, and landscaping. All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, found in "Tennessee Code Annotated," Section 62-6-119, as amended. Renovation and relocation of the existing building to a new site. Existing building to receive new exterior siding, insulation and interior finishes. Building systems updated. Public Chapter 768 requires that the name, license number, expiration date and classification of the Masonry contractor be included when the cost of the masonry portion (including materials and labor) is $100,000 or greater. G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. H. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. J.
