Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Facilities to Serve Harvest Townhomes Phase 2

The project is located in the ETJ of the Town of Argyle, Texas, along Homestead Way, just west of Inerstate Highway 35W. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Turn right on Harvest Way and then right on Homestead Way to project site. The project scope includes approximately 2,050 linear feet of 8" PVC water line, 1,900 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer pipe and 1,100 linear feet of 18"-30" RCP storm pipe.
