| Description | The South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority ("Authority" or "SMRSA") is soliciting bids from authorized PJM member Curtailment Service Providers ("CSP") for the purpose of selecting a Demand Response provider for the term(s) specified herein. The successful bidder will register, represent and manage the Authority's participation in 1) the Capacity and Energy elements of the PJM Emergency Demand Response Program; and 2) as options, the PJM Economic Energy Program, and the PJM Ancillary Services Tier 2 Reserves. |
