SCOPE OF WORK: Build road, storm drainage, water sewer, gas as well as grade the 35-acre site. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials & equipment to complete project as per plans and specifications. BID BOND: A cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of the amount of bid and made payable to Harris County Board of Commissioners must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith.
