| Description | Contractor is to provide routine custodial services performed within the Focus Neighborhoods and Civic Center Area of the City of Palmdale. Typical work includes but is not limited to coordinating the collection and disposal of household discards, junk, trash, and debris with your field team (Proof of disposal such as Waste Management invoice must be provided). Cleaning and/or washing of surfaces covered with dirt, removal of dead or unwanted vegetation, and the removal of graffiti and tagging where applicable. All abatement is to be documented with dated pictures. Individuals employed and performing field labor by Contractor must actively participate in a job development program course. Community Compliance Manager or their designee will assign and monitor all locations for services in the Focus Neighborhoods and Civic Center Area. |
