Power Washing for HSC and URP Garages

Power Wash all concrete surfaces inside and surrounding the parking garage, including ramps, specific sidewalks, stairwells, etc. and remove all gum (as much as can be removed) and bird debris. Safeguards for the electrical circuits of the elevators to be implemented. Clean columns, signage (including overhead signs), and lights (also removing dead bugs that are captured in the light covers). Degrease oil and other vehicle fluid stains. A spinner washer is required to produce a more even cleaning. Prefer biodegradable cleaners be used. Work must be completed afterhours and on weekends to limit disruption. Water runoff will need to be recaptured and not go down the garage drains. The use of fluorocarbon collecting boom socks around drains to filter the water instead of recapturing is acceptable.
