**As of September 19, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The subject procurement is scheduled for award consideration at the September 27, 2022, Port Commission meeting.** This project consists of expanding the Port Authoritys Bayport Maintenance and Repair Building, by adding approximately 7,500 square feet of new area 5,000 sq. ft. of enclosed area and 2,500 sq. ft. of open-air canopy to the east end. **A BID BOND OF 5% MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR PROPOSAL.** This project consists of expanding the Port Authority's Bayport Maintenance and Repair Building, by adding approximately 7,500 square feet of new area (5,000 sq. ft. of enclosed area and 2,500 sq. ft. of open-air canopy) to the east end.
