Construction Management at Risk Services for the Chain of Lakes Middle School Comprehensive Renovation Project The estimated construction cost is $38,000,000. Major elements of the project include: A comprehensive renovation project for Chain of Lakes MS at 8700 Conroy-Windermere Rd. Orlando, FL., 32835. Comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting Orange County Public Schools' Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems, and finishes at or near the end of their useful life. The scope also provides for the remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, life safety, and accessibility requirements. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. The scope will also include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. The comprehensive renovation will be designed for a student capacity of 1215. A new addition of approximately 12,000 square feet may be required to accommodate the projected student capacity.
