Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule included in Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. Bid Bonds are not required for bids under $50,000. A cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable form of bid security The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served.
