Description

The project design team is led by Burditt Consultants, LLC. The project is 34 Acre site at Fritz Park which will be renovated in multiple phases. The City intends to renovate Fritz Park to establish its place as the Citys flagship park with a regional impact. The newly renovated park will serve a full diverse array of residents across all ages and abilities with a focus on community gathering and active use year-round. The scope of services for the Project is intended to provide a complete and useable facility for the City which can be put into operation immediately after acceptance by the City. Reference Number 0000328927 The City of Hutto will accept Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for CMAR Services for Construction Improvements within the approximately 34 Acre site at Fritz Park in multiple phases for complete renovation that may include pond, elaborate splashpad and playground plaza, playground upgrades for all-inclusive feature, connected system of pathways circulating throughout the park, basketball court resurfacing, addition of shade structures, parking lot, and other improvements.
