Description

Replacing of the existing 12-inch water main running along AVE C between 18th Street and 16th Street. The existing PVC pipe has experienced failures over several years. Repairs have mitigated outages temporarily. The line is splitting along the length of the pipe in several locations. The line failures have resulted in shutdowns, isolation of the affected line, and created water quality issues in this area.
