The successful bidder may be required to furnish a contract performance bond and a labor and materials payment bonds in the penal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as originally bid or subsequently modifi ed. Owner and CMAR reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to advertise for new bids. Owner and CMAR reserve the right to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids. The Bid Forms shall request information pertaining to the contractor's place of business, experience with similar projects, and information demonstrating bidder's qualifi cations for the project, ability to complete the project, and fi nancial ability to complete the project. In evaluating bids, the Owner and CMAR will consider the costs and bidder's responsibility, experience, qualifi cations, ability to perform the work, reliability, and fi nancial ability.
