Description

CCD is seeking an engineering firm to lead with an architectural firm subcontractor to design replacement of the mechanical systems and a remodel/refresh of some of the finishes in the building. BG Buildingworks, Inc. has done a building evaluation with an assessment of the building. This is attached (Exhibit A) and should be used for reference in the design and further scope explanation. The majority of the project will be the HVAC system redesign and replacement.
