CPS Otis ES Hallway Tile Replacement

Provide Labor and Materials to: 1)Replace floor tile on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways as indicated in project drawings T1.0 and S1.0. 2)Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. 3)Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 4)Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a)09 65 00 RESILIENT FLOORING 5)Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 6)If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. 7)All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing. 8)All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon timeframe. 9)Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris and excess mortar. 10)All trash must be removed offsite by vendor and area left clean.
