Contract 1 includes: Approximately 0.10 miles of road reconstruction including 400 ton HMA roadway, 520 ft concrete curb, 4,150 sft sidewalk, 440 ft sanitary sewer, and 285 ft 12-15 inch storm sewer. Contract 2 includes: Approximately 16,000 syd micro-surface and single Chip Seal. Contract 3 includes: Approximately 3,000 sft of misc sidewalk construction. Contract 4 includes: Approximately 1,500 syd of parking lot reconstruction including HMA parking lot, concrete curb, sidewalk, earth excavation, storm sewer, and pavement markings
