This development will be constructed at Georgia 400, Highway 9 and Bethelview Road. As of July 28, 2020, this project has been approved by the Forsyth County Commission. Information regarding either an architect or general contractor has not been disclosed. Although there is not a firm timeline, construction is expected to begin in first quarter 2021.
