Successful Bidder (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as Contractor) shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide Water Meter Testing Services that will test the accuracy of 3” – 10” Large Water Meters, Compound Fire Services Meters and Turbine/Propeller Meters.
