Description

Ridgeview S.D. 19 will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement for 2022 Flood Restoration at Ridgeview High School and Junior High School, 202 E. Wood Street in Colfax IL 61728. The work is to remove insulation from boiler room from floor up to approximately six feet above the floor, including 90 square feet of boiler insulation, 50 linear feet of asbestoscontaining pipe insulation, 300 inear feet of fiberglass pipe nsulation and 50 fittings, utilizing gross removal methods and remove floor tile and associated mastic (approximately 10,000 square feet) from throughout the basement utilizing rion-friable removal methods, including grinding floor after removal The Date of Commencement is September 26, 2022. The Date of Substantial Completion is October 7, 2022,
