Description

Scope of Work is, but not limited to, the following: -Demolition, installation of doors and windows, electrical work, HVAC work, and painting. - Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown and specified on the drawings. - The Contractor shall be responsible for all trash removal during construction. - The Contractor shall protect any existing materials that are to remain. - The Contractor shall schedule work so as to avoid disruption of other building department offices and their visitors. - All materials shown are new unless otherwise noted on the drawings. - All required permits shall be obtained and paid for by the selected contractor. - Carpeting in the Finance Office shall be coordinated and done by others.
