S. King Street Area Improvements- Phase 1 Waterfront Improvements

The City of Hampton is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide for the construction of bulkhead repairs and a new wood pier as shown on the S. King Street/Rudd Lane Area Improvements-Phase 1 Waterfront Improvements Plan Set Contractor agrees that it shall perform services as specified in this ITB. The Contractor further agrees it will furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary to perform all Work in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Contract as defined in the General Terms and Conditions. Work shall mean the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to the successful completion of the Contract and the carrying out of all duties and obligations imposed by the Contract Extra Work shall mean such additional labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals, not shown on the drawings or called for in the specifications, but authorized by the City in writing as an addition to that Work called for in the Drawings and Specifications. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to tmartin@hampon.gov by no later than 4:30 PM EST on April 18, 2023.
