SCOPE OF WORK: SCOPE OF WORK: The Work includes: Critical repair services to Owner infrastructure in the Right-of-Way or at any of the Owner's facilities including, but not limited to, the Flamingo Water Resource Center, Blue Diamond Ponds, Moapa Valley Treatment Facility, Laughlin Water Resource Center, Desert Breeze Water Resource Center, Indian Springs Treatment Facility, Searchlight Treatment Ponds. The Work will be authorized by Owner on an as-needed basis throughout the Term of the Agreement as individual Rapid Response Work Scope packages. Scope of Work authorization will be issued through a Work Scope Authorization. ESTIMATED COST: The Engineer's estimate is in the $29,000,000 to $31,000,000 range.
