For the improvement of a certain section of STATE ROUTES 4033 D50 AND 4010 D51, LUZERNE COUNTY, FAIRMONT & HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIPS. The location of the project is as follows: SR 4033-D50: From a point approximately 0.26 miles from the intersection with SR 4022 to the west at Segment 0040 Offset 1015 along SR 4033 (Old County Road), Fairmount Township, Luzerne County to a point approximately 1.95 miles from the intersection with SR 4020 to the east at Segment 0040 Offset 0683, with a total work area length of 235.00 feet (0.045 miles). SR 4010-D51: From a point approximately 0.67 miles from the intersection with SR 4008 (Watertown Road) to the west at Segment 0020 Offset 0949 along SR 4010 (Sunshine Road), Huntington Township, Luzerne County to a point approximately 3.11 miles from the intersection with SR 0239 to the east at Segment 0020 Offset 1599, with a total work area length of 550.00 feet (0.104 miles). This project includes bridge preservation work on SR 4033 over the unnamed tributary to Bell Creek and on SR 4010 over the unnamed tributary to Huntington Creek. Other work includes excavation, full depth bituminous paving bridge approach, new guiderail, drainage, E & S control measures, detour signing, temporary fencing, selective tree removal, driveway adjustment, permanent signing, pavement markings, landscaping and other miscellaneous construction work.
