Description

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to HVAC Upgrades - Wood Residence Hall, located on Central Campus. The project scope includes the conversion of the existing two-pipe HVAC system in Wood Residence Hall to a four-pipe system and the replacement of all fan coil units within Buildings A & B To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor's license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above. NC State University has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority-owned enterprises. Women and minority contractors are encouraged to participate in the prequalification process.
