City of Pottsville DEMOLITION PROGRAM The City of Pottsville will receive sealed bids for the following Demolition projects 311 & 313 W. Norwegian Street will be two separate bids but will be awarded to one contractor.1. 311 W. Norwegian Street 2. 313 W. Norwegian Street 3. 122 S. Third Street The contract documents contain requirements addressing nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goals for minority and female participation, MBE and WBE participation, and related matters. A fee of $10.00 for postage and handling will be charged to bidders wishing to receive documents by mail or $35.00 for FedEx delivery without a FedEx account.
