Description 1. 550 Minot Avenue Fire Station Access to the to the rear of 550 Minot Ave will be clear and unobstructed via the left side of the building. All emergency apparatus will operate from the front ramp and all personal vehicles will park at 552 Minot Avenue. 1. Box cut boundary depicted on the Plan keeping the same overall grading of the area 2.Install geotextile fabric as directed. 3. Build up with 18" of MDOT Type D Gravel followed by 6" of MDOT Type A Gravel 4. Place 3 lifts of 12.5mm HMA in thicknesses of 2", 1.5" and 1.5" 2. 651 Center Street Fire Station Emergency apparatus will be parked in the adjacent parking lot also known as K-Mart parking lot during the daytime. Until the pavement is laid the apparatus will need access at night or after 6pm to utilize the 2 front garage doors. Personal vehicles will utilize the same adjacent parking lot. 1. Box cut boundary depicted on the Plan. Grading shall convey water mainly to the existing catch basin where plausible 2. Install geotextile fabric as directed. 3. Box cut includes portions of the grassed area where the light poles are located 4. Rebuild sidewalk adjacent the light poles and install bituminous curbing due to the widening of the southern drive entrance 5. Rebuild sidewalk at the south entrance near the utility pole to maximize entrance radius
