The Project includes the following Work on 10th Ave N from 4th St NW to 4th St NE (Hwy 81): Approximately 1,500 LF of 8” PVC Sanitary Sewer Main, 2,000 LF of 6” PVC Water Main, 400 LF of Storm Sewer Pipe, storm sewer inlets, 5,500 LF of concrete curb & gutter, 19,000 SF of concrete sidewalk, Alternates for Asphalt Surfacing or PCC Pavement, Alternates for traditional subgrade preparation and for cement stabilized subgrade, removals, erosion control, pavement marking, permanent seeding, signage and miscellaneous items.
