| Description | Work include, but not be limited to furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to mow lawns and trim weeds, trees, shrubs and bushes on CRA owned properties located within the Northwood/Pleasant City CRA district and the Downtown CRA district. Contractor will also furnish all labor, material, and equipment to remove litter, trash and debris within the public right of way and on all public property within the Historic Northwest CRA district. The services shall also include removing vegetation that obstructs rights-of-way, streets or sidewalks, obstructs visibility or is a hurricane debris hazard, and the removal of all trash, garbage, litter, debris, furniture and appliances. |
