Description

Denver Water is seeking to qualify multiple contractors based on capability and capacity to perform work on the Accelerated Lead Service Line Replacement (ALSLR) Project. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to pre-qualify and shortlist contractors to submit unit bid price proposals for work to be conducted in 2023. The ALSLR Project includes replacing customer-owned lead and galvanized water services in Denver Waters service area and performing verification potholing to confirm service line materials.
